What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request our brochure, book a viewing or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your names, email address, phone number, your preferred date and what you tell us about your plans. If you go on to book, we collect the information needed to plan and deliver your wedding or event.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send the brochure and arrange viewings.
- To plan and deliver your wedding or event if you book with us.
- To keep our own records and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it (only if you accept analytics cookies).
We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of our contract with you where you have booked.
Who we share it with
We use trusted third parties to run our enquiries, brochure and booking tools (our customer system is provided through venueflow), and to understand website use (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, only after you accept). We may also share your details with suppliers needed to deliver your day, and where the law requires it. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it: to handle your enquiry, to plan and deliver your wedding or event if you book, and to meet our legal and accounting duties afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do any of these, email us at info@engineshedwetherby.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Our site links to other websites, such as our social media and booking tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please check their own policies.
